Matwork is a bodyweight exercise program that focuses on postural muscles—those muscles that help keep the body balanced and support the spine.
In Matwork, small equipment is used, such as the fitness circle, bosu, foam roller, stability ball, resistance bands, and dumbbells, to increase body awareness and challenge balance and coordination.
